Job Description

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
• Mentor other team designers’ work to ensure high quality
• Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
• Apply typography techniques
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
• Increase user friendliness in digital products
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
• Liaise with other teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

Requirements 

• Degree in Graphic Design or similar/relevant field
• Proven work experience in design (Branding, UX/UI as well as animations)
• Experience with creative software’s, like Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD and Adobe InDesign
• Attention to visual details
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
• Strong self-organization and own responsibility
• Openness to learn from others and to share own strengths with Team members
• Criticism capability
• Wide range of design experience
