TSTS GROUP HAS OPENED THE EMPLOYMENT POSITIONS IN THE NATO FACILITIES LOCATED IN KOSOVO.

The positions are:

  1. HEAD CHEF

The Head Chef has the responsibilities to assure the efficiency and effectiveness of the restaurant in accordance with company policy and procedures.

– MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 to 10 year preferably in an expeditionary environment.
  • Minimum High school or Military.
  • Certification of Chef de Cuisine.
  • Experience of International cuisine.
  • Fluent in own language and English
  • Holder of a recognized cook journeyman.
  • Certification Recognized Qualification in Food Safety & Hygiene.
  • English speaking.
  • Computer literacy.
  1. CATERING MANAGER

Is responsible for food production, presentation and effective Management.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 5-10 successful years in catering overseas operations for the public service sector or military and construction.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Head Chef and/or in a leadership role.
  • Certification of Chef de Cuisine or Certification in Hospitality Management.
  • Experience of International cuisine.
  • HACCP and Food Safety Program implementation experience.
  • Experience managing contracts.
  • Fluent English speaking.
  • Good level of computer literacy.

Experience in working with multinational organization/company is an advantage.

  1. DINNING ROOM MANAGER

The Dining Room Supervisor will be responsible for the day to day management and operation of the Dining Room and will assure the efficiency and effectiveness of the restaurant service in accordance with company policy and procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

  • The Dining Room manager shall have no less than five (5) years of theoretical and practical food service knowledge in managing multi-national dining facilities.
  • Minimum High school or Military.
  • Recognized Qualification in Food Safety & Hygiene.
  • Fluent in own language and English.

Able to work in a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail.

  1. FOOD QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR

The FQAO is primarily responsible for a) ensuring the implementation of all aspects of Food Safety Management System (as per ISO 22000) for the operations b) assisting the deployed Project Manager and with identifying and rectifying non-conforming practices in the supply chain, warehousing and distribution functions and recommending system improvements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must hold valid qualification for training in HACCP.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the QHSSE environment at managerial level.
  • Experience of working in FM and Food Services business sector.
  • Required international standards especially ISO9001 and ISO22000.
  • Strong financial and management skills.
  • Fluency in oral and written English is required.
  • Good IT skills (especially Excel).

The period of Employment Contract is 1 year renewable.
